Over 10 published books spanning cybersecurity, digital transformation, leadership, and Quranic wisdom — written to educate, inspire, and equip leaders across the globe.
"Writing is an act of service — every book born from a gap I observed."
Writing, for me, is an act of service — and a family inheritance. I have been a writer since 1989, over 37 years ago. My first two books, BadHawasian (1990) and Waray Neyaray (1994), were published by Gora Publishers — collections of social criticism and satire that showed me the power of words to challenge, provoke, and illuminate.
My books bridge the technical and the human. Whether I am explaining cybersecurity risk to a board of directors or exploring the leadership lessons embedded in the Quran, my goal is always the same: to make complex ideas accessible, actionable, and transformative. I write for the leader who wants to understand technology, the technologist who wants to lead, and the seeker who wants wisdom that transcends both.
My father, Prof. Hussain Sahar, spent his life writing poetry that made the Quran and Urdu literature accessible to ordinary people. I carry that same mission into the domains of technology and leadership — using the written word to democratize knowledge that too often stays locked in boardrooms and conference halls.

Every book begins with a real problem I have witnessed in organizations — a concept misunderstood, a skill missing, a wisdom overlooked.
I immerse myself in the subject — academic literature, practitioner experience, classical texts, and conversations with leaders across sectors.
The hardest work: distilling complexity into clarity. Every chapter is written to be understood by a busy executive on a long-haul flight.
Draft chapters are tested in workshops, keynotes, and training sessions — refined based on what resonates and what needs more work.
